The IV Newsletter of Operational Conditions of the National Humanitarian Action Platform is an instrument of collective construction of Venezuelan organizations that documents the challenges and opportunities of the humanitarian response in Venezuela.
This edition shows an improvement in the mobility of teams in the field; however, Delta Amacuro, Amazonas and Bolivar continue to be territories with access barriers. 70% points out the depletion of funding and the completion of projects as an important challenge for organizations, in a scenario of worsening social problems resulting from years of humanitarian crisis whose effects on the social fabric demand to be addressed.
