Educational system

A system that, from primary to higher education, should promote the widest possible coverage during 10 years of schooling (for primary and basic secondary education), so that everyone can enjoy the right to education and participate in these key spaces for the construction and transmission of cultural values, skills, and attitudes, as well as personal and social empowerment.
